A Career Built on Investigation, Now Dedicated to Asset Recovery and Rightful Heirship
Following a two-decade career as an intelligence analyst working international criminal investigations in the U.S. and abroad, Eileen Moynahan founded Legacy in 2016 as an estate-administration firm. The impetus for this move occurred in 2012, when Eileen lost her parents in a tragic car accident. With the guidance of an outstanding estate attorney, Eileen utilized the experience of sorting out her parents’ estates to help other executors through the estate-administration process.
Expanded Services Now Help More People Recover Their Assets
Fast forward to 2022, when Eileen and her husband Ed Diaz were licensed as Private Investigators by the State of New York and opted to expand their services. Now, in addition to locating rightful heirs and unclaimed assets, they prepare affidavits of heirship, assist with judgment recovery, and provide the necessary proof to expedite these claims.
